Aliceville completed the 2016 season with a 13-2 record. Last year Aliceville captured the region four title and a number one seed in the Class 2A playoffs. They were defeated by Fyffe at the Alabama Super Seven 28-0 in Auburn. The Yellow Jackets won as many games as in any season since 2000. The 620 points scored by the Yellow Jackets last year were a team record in a single season. The Yellow Jackets hope to continue the success they had last season.
