What's the deadline for all non-region game contracts to be finalized for AHSAA's records for the upcoming season?

I know last year, the deadline for schools to have their schedule posted online was May 1. I'm guessing that was also the date they wanted their schedules finalized. They got the updated classifications out about two months earlier this time, but I'm guessing they're still allowing till May.

Even in May I struggle to find all the schedules. A lot of schools simply do not take the time to post them. It is always a battle to get the schedules entered here. It just takes too much time to search for 400 schools and try to find them.
I try to put up the ones I find easily until May.

They'd be posting the schedules/scores if they actually enforced those fines they threaten to impose for non-entered information. If the principals knew it would cost the school such and such amount of money by things not being entered, I'm sure that would light more of a fire under them. Thing is, for odd sports that have coaches who aren't an actual faculty member, such as soccer, the actual coach has no access to the c2c site. In that case, it's the faculty representative, and they're not always reliable. Even in this day of information being readily available almost immediately, there's still schools that have little to no online presence.
