Frank Cotten was the coach at Macon Academy for the 1966 football season. He finished the year with a 3-7 record. Frank left Macon Academy and went to T.R. Miller in Brewton, AL.

I do not know where this information about John Cannon came from. He never coached at Macon Academy.

Are you sure it was the 1966 season? Do you mean the 1965 season? Can you give me the coaches for 1964, 1965 and 1966?

Correction:
1964 - Coach Jackie Davis
1965 - Coach Frank Cotten
1966 - Coach Wayne Burns

I played on Macon Academy's first team, and was the team captain. I later coached and taught at Macon Academy for over 30 years.
