 High School Bio:

            Crossville High played Guard position in 1960 and Center in 1961. He was also a good Linebacker. He played 4 years of varsity football. He was named 1st Team Center on the two All-County picks; recipient of Most Valuable Player trophy from Quarterback Club; All-State- 1st in Birmingham Post-Herald, 2nd team in Birmingham News, both AA classes. He also played baseball.

Alabama School for the Deaf won Deaf School National Championships in 1971, 1987, 1991, 2000, 2001 and 2002.
