 High School Bio:

            Quarterback for Cleburne County High School, Heflin. In three years of varsity football he has specialized in kicking and passing defense. In the statistics department recorded to his credit are 82 runs for a total of 534 yards gained, 5 touchdowns, 112 passes attempted with 71 completions for 670 yards and 15 touchdowns. His punting average was 42 yards per kick. Athletic honors include All-State, All Cheaha Conference for 2 years, and Most Valuable Back. He also participated in basketball and track.





Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

In 1925 Langdale tied a record by defeating Milltown 125-0. Hamilton had set the record by thrashing Fayette 125-0 in 1915.
