 High School Bio:

            Played quarterback on the varsity football team three years. Selected team captain last year, named Most Valuable Player, and Most Valuable Back, earned All-County, All-Mid-State, and Honorable Mention All-State Team honors. From Wishbone Offense: 114 carries, gained 505 total yards rushing, averaging 4.4 yards per carry; scored 7 touchdowns.

In 1970 Monroe Academy won the first championship in the A.I.S.A. by defeating Lowndes Academy 6-0.
