 High School Bio:

            Played defensive and offensive back on the varsity football team three years and served as captain one year. Selected Most Valuable Player of his team two years. Gained 1,284 yards rushing. 327 yards pass receptions. and scored 21 touchdowns last year. He was also a kick return specialist, returned kicks, kicked extra points and field goals. Also played baseball and basketball.





Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

The first night game played between high school teams in the state occurred on September 23, 1927 when Pike Road and Cloverdale met in the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.
