 High School Bio:

Myles was considered the heart and soul of a defense that posted a state record 11 shutouts and allowed only 3.3 points per games. He used his quickness at noseguard to rack up 80 solo tackles and 59 assists. He edged out his teammate Stanford Simmons for the Class 2A Player of the Year honors. A testament to how good the defense was in 1996

Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

In 1969 the two point conversion was adopted for play following a touchdown. Until that time all conversions were worth one point.
