 High School Bio:

            Pitts gained over 600 yards receiving and scores 9 touchdowns as a senior at Loachapoka. He also rushed for 550 yards and scored another 8 touchdowns rushing. He played defense and collected 110 tackles and four interceptions.

The first night game played between high school teams in the state occurred on September 23, 1927 when Pike Road and Cloverdale met in the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.
