 High School Bio:

            Jim Buttram, was an outstanding fullback from Huntsville. His impressive honors include All Tennessee Valley Conference and All-American. Jim served as captain one year during his four years of varsity football at Butler High He was a star who also played basketball and participated in track.

Hazlewood won five consecutive state championships from 1988-1992. During this span the Golden Bears won 29 playoff games in a row.
