 High School Bio:

            Kennedy played three years of varsity football, and captained and quarterbacked the 1958 powerhouse to an unbeaten season. He also played basketball and baseball. Kennedy gained over 500 yards rushing as a senior at Lee. He completed 56 of 86 passes for 756 yards and seven touchdowns.

In 1969 the two point conversion was adopted for play following a touchdown. Until that time all conversions were worth one point.
