Marshall Christian finished the 2017 season with a disappointing 3-3 record. The Stallions enjoyed the first winning season in the school's history in 2017. No team at Marshall Christian ever won more games in a season than the three victories last year. The 360 points scored by the Stallions last year were a team record in a single season. The defense allowed a team record 286 points last season. The Stallions would prefer to forget the past two seasons as they have finished with a 3-3 record. Marshall Christian is a relatively new football program having fielded a team only one seasons. They have managed a record of 3-3 over the past one years. The Stallions are led by head coach Matt Brooks who is entering his second season at the helm. His team finished with a 3-3 record in his first season at Marshall Christian. The Stallions saw improvement from a 0-0 record the season before coach Brooks arrived. The Stallions have yet to reach the playoffs under his direction. They have not won a region crown with Coach Brooks. Coach Brooks' overall record as a head football coach in seven season stands at 26-43 (37.7%).
