Escambia Academy's season came to an end in the first round of the playoffs when they fell to Chambers Academy by a score of 56-12. Escambia Academy took a step backwards last year with their first losing season since 2010. The Cougars lost as many games as in any season since 2010. The Cougars hope to rebound after a down year. Last season they struggled winning just four games which followed a 11-2 record in 2021. Since 2010, Escambia Academy has gone a combined 110-49. Their 69.2% winning percentage ranks 3rd in Class AA over the past thirteen seasons. Over the past 25 seasons, Escambia Academy has managed to compile a record of 160-126.
