 2024 Preview 


       Snook Christian finished the 2023 season with a disappointing 0-9 record.

       The Eagles have never won a playoff game in the school's history. They would like to break through and pick up that first post season victory in 2024.

       The Eagles would prefer to forget the past two seasons as they have finished with a 1-19 record.

       Snook Christian is a relatively new football program having fielded a team only six seasons. They have managed a record of 10-47 over the past six years.

Graduated All-State Players:
       Snook Christian lost AISA All-State  receiver Roshad Harris to graduation. He was named to the honorable mention team last season.

Head Coach:
       The Eagles are led by head coach Keith Smith who is entering his seventh season at the helm. He has compiled a record of 10-47 over the past six seasons at Snook Christian. Under his direction the Eagles have qualified for the playoffs a total of two times. They have not won a region crown with Coach Smith.

Season Outlook:

       The Snook Christian Eagles will play in Class AA region two during the 2024 season. The Eagles move up in classification to Class AA. They may find the going slightly tougher with the move.

      

       The Eagles enter the 2024 season in the middle of a 11 game losing streak. They would like nothing better than to end the string of losses early in the season.

       Coach Smith feels more optimistic about this year's team for the Eagles. The team will be more experienced with eight seniors on the squad.

    The Eagles will need to win a few more games this fall if they hope to grab one of the four playoff slots in region two this season.

       The Eagles open the 2024 season at home against non-region opponent Rocky Bayou FL on Friday, August 23.

       Snook Christian and Rocky Bayou FL have met a total of 4 times on the football field. The Eagles have a 0-4-0 record against Rocky Bayou FL. They last met in 2023 with Rocky Bayou FL winning by a score of 42-13.
