Rod Hudson
Coach Hudson began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Parrish High and then later as an assistant at Winfield. He was the offensive coordinator for the Hackleburg Panthers under former head coach Johnny Hardin (1989-2008) and was named head football coach in 2009.
Since that initial season with the Panthers he remains the head football coach in Hackleburg winning the 100th game of his career in 2021.
In 2023 he surpassed John Hardin as the winningest coach at the school with 119 victories in fifteen seasons at the helm.

Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History
Morris Higginbotham coached three different teams to divisional state championships in the 1950s. He won titles at Walnut Grove in 1952, West Blocton in 1955 and Enterprise in 1960.
