  1895 - Did not field a team.
  1956 - Ineligible for a bowl game in 1956 due to recruiting violations in 1955.
  1978 - Emory Bellard through the first six games before his resignation on October 24. Tom Wilson was named interim coach and led the Aggies in their final six games.
  1988 - Ineligible for conference championship and postseason bowl games due to NCAA sanctions.
  1994 - Ineligible for championship and post-season due to NCAA sanctions. Also banned from television for the 1994 season.
  2007 - Franchione resigned at the conclusion of the Texas game. Gary Darnell coached the bowl game.
  2011 - December 1st head coach Mike Sherman was fired. Defensive coordinator Tim DeRuyter was the interim head coach for their bowl game.
  2017 - On November 26, head coach Kevin Sumlin was fired. Interim head coach Jeff Banks led the Aggies in the Belk Bowl.
