Does anyone know of any schools in the state that has their school name on back of their jersey? Not mascot...team name? |

I looked through the helmet photos I'd saved from last year and could find no team names on jersey backs. The closest I found was Oxford had an "O" above their numbers on their jersey backs. I didn't have a pic of TR Miller since I only save pics of helmets that have changed from the previous year. I was thinking Deshler might be a candidate to have the team name on their backs, since they tend to emulate the Alabama uniform, and the team name might be a variant of the players names while still resembling Alabama. In general, I did notice the names on the front of jerseys varied from large print to the more common small print, and the school name seemed to be more common than the mascot.

I got the photo you emailed me. None of the Super Six teams did and to my knowledge none of the local teams do.

Reason I am asking is, I heard someone say the other day that T.R. Miller is the only team that does this. I did not know if that was true or they were saying none of the teams they play do nor no one else in the state does. |

Good question. I do not recall that but really have not looked for the name on the back. I looked through the photos I have on file and none of the teams had their team name on the back.
