Bayside is the only playoff team that will have played all three games on the road. Very costly at about 4700 dollars a game in travel and food. Another fact is that if Bayside were to win and TR Miller win, they would play on road again.

David Piedmont has made the long drive to play Deshler two years in a row and both times we were the higher seeded team. I know it is hard to make it fair for everyone but something needs to reward being a region champ or runner up. Having to travel across the state to play a 4th place team when you were region champ or region runner up just doesn't seem right to me.

They are the road warriors for sure.

I wish the AHSAA would adopt what Georgia and other states do. The higher ranked seed plays at home. To me this seems like a much better system than the one in place where the team on the bottom of the bracket plays at home most of the time.

I would like to know how the current method of determining the home team is fair or logical.

Good luck to the Admirals this Friday. You have a lot of fans in Baldwin County.
