Thanks, I will add this and start a page for Councill Training. I appreciate the help with these schools. There is so much I still do not know about many of the AIAA schools.

I know where to get access to season results from both schools. When I get a chance to return to my hometown (Huntsville), I will post.

Thanks, we just do not have enough information on a lot of these schools at this time. Anything you can contribute will be appreciated.

To the admins: Council Training School should not be confused with Council High School.

Before the Huntsville City Schools were intergrated, Blacks that lived within the City of Huntsville, attended Council High School while those that live outside the City attended Council Training School. The name Council was named after an educator and first president of Alabama A&M, William Hooper Council.

The info I gave is in regards to Council Training. What I do know about Council High is that their colors were Blue & Orange.

Another side note:They had some intense rivalries back in the day, as one could imagine.

Give me time I will research more and post what sources I can to back up this info.
