You want to see 32 minutes of hell watch this game Thursday for all the marbles in 1A. Winterboro runs pressure the whole game and are known for great defense. Marion County hit 12 three pointers today so this looks to be a clash of styles. Can't wait for this one!
You want to see some lopsided scores this year, check out Winterboro's schedule and results. Our only 2 losses were to 3A St. James (31-4) and 4A Pleasant Grove (18-11) but we avenged the PG loss. St. James will probably win 3A. We have also beat 5A Sylacauga twice, 5A Central Clay twice, 4A Trinity Prep, 6A Hueytown, 5A Moody, 5A UMS-Wright, 2A North Sand Mountain and 6A Homewood. A lot of these teams are still playing this week.
We've only given up 840 points all season which I think will be a record if we win it all.
