2009 Season Highlights  
 Brian Sims enters his 2nd season as Head Coach at Starkville Academy.  The Volunteers finished th in District 1.  The Volunteers set a team record by allowing 450 points.  The Volunteers set a team record for losses in a season with 11.  The Volunteers set a team record for points allowed in a game with 63.  The Volunteers set a team record for margin in a defeat by allowing 53 points.
