Summary:
        Charles Henderson quarterback Barry Tucker completed one pass in the entire game, but it resulted in the winning touchdown for the Trojans. The pass went to Kent Henderson for 9 yards and the touchdown with four minutes remaining in the game.
        The score was setup by a fumbled punt at the Hartselle 21 yard line. Hartselle had tied the game early in the fourth quarter on a Stevie Williams 88 yard run.
        Charles Henderson, from Troy, won their first state championship in school history.
