Summary:
              Montoya Madden rushed for 166 yards and three touchdowns as the Hazlewood Golden Bears defeated Reeltown 32-22 to claim their fourth straight state championship. No team in history has ever won four championships in  a row previously. Madden scored on runs of 4, 34 and 30 yards on 29 rushing attempts. The Golden Bears rallied from a 14-13 deficit at the half to win going away.
             Hazlewood would build a 32-14 lead before Reeltown would score a late touchdown. Cody O'Neal would lead Reeltown by completing 6 of 7 passes for 159 yards and two touchdowns in a losing effort. This was Reeltown's third championship game experience.
