Lee Montgomery
Adam Fossett
Adam Fossett graduated from Lamar County Comprehensive High School (Barnesville, Ga) in 1997 and Kentucky Wesleyan College (Owensboro, KY) in 2001.
Fossett landed his first head coach job at Winterboro in 2008 for four seasons with a record of 3-15. In 2012 he moved over to Childersburg for another four years. After two seasons in Smiths Station he accepted the head coaching position at B.B. Comer.
When Fossett was first hired at B.B. Comer, he had just 13 players on his football team, just barely enough to compete on the field. B.B. Comer was ready for a change and Fossett did just that. He changed the culture at B.B. Comer High School almost immediately.
His initial season produced just a 2-8 record but since he has found the winning formula for the Tigers. His 2022 squad reached the 2A state championship game before falling to Fyffe 40-28.
