Mark Britton
Coach Mark Britton became the head football coach at Fairview in 1998. He stayed at the school for three seasons compiling a 17-15 record. Two of his teams made the playoffs.
In 2001 Coach Britton moved to Cullman as the head football coach where he has remained since. Entering the 2014 season his teams have qualified for the playoffs the past nine seasons in a row. Since his arrival, all but one of his teams have qualified for the state playoffs.
Britton has finished each season at Cullman with a winning record and has won three region titles. His region record of 81-36 ranks among the best in the state. He has produced two teams (2007 & 2009) that have finished the regular season undefeated.
Coach Britton left the coaching profession during the 2017 football season due to medical reasons.
His overall football coaching record stands at 151-78 over 20 seasons as a head coach.
