 B.B. Comer
 Class: 3A
 Region: 3

 2014 Coach: A.D. Jacks
 2015 Coach: Mike Battles Sr.

Anthony Jacks stepped down following the 2014 season at B.B. Comer. In five seasons, his team finished a combined 15-37 and reached the playoffs twice but never got past the first round. None of his teams finished with a winning record and the last completed the season with an 0-10 record.

The Tigers have struggled in the past few years and have not produced a winning season since 2001 when they finished 6-5. The team last won a playoff game in 2000 under legendary head coach Bobby Overton.

Battles posted an 88-45 record during his eleven seasons as the head coach at Handley, which included nine trips to the playoffs, five seasons with at least 10 wins, three region championships and a Class 3A State Championship in 2011.

His overall coaching record in thirty seasons stands at 209-120-1 at Walter Wellborn, Pell City and Handley.
