Scott Rials leaves Baldwin County after four seasons in Bay Minette with a record of 14-27. His tigers qualified for the playoffs once in 2021 and finished with an 8-4 record. His one playoff victory with the Tigers is the only one for them since 2003. In 27 seasons with five different schools his overall record is 185-111 with 21 playoff victories. His 2011 squad at Elba won a 2A state championship with a perfect 15-0 record. This will be the seventh different head football coach in Bay Minette over the past 20 seasons. 2024 Season Andrew Davis gets his first head coaching job at Baldwin County. Davis played football at and graduated from Daphne High School. He attended Delta State and graduated from Auburn in 2010. Coach Davis worked at McGill-Toolen and Gulf Shores before serving four seasons at Daphne. He spent 2017-2019 on the staff at Baldwin County, three seasons at Elberta and last year was the quarterbacks coach at Spanish Fort. | |
