The Gadsden Charity Bowl
An annual charity event in Gadsden
at Murphree Stadium. The first bowl game was held in 1947. The
game was supported by the Gadsden Quarterback Club and raised
more than Money raised went to support such worthy causes as the
Etowah County Health Center, Holy Name of Jesus Hospital,
Baptist Memorial Hospital, Mental Health Center and many other
organizations caring for the underprivileged and handicapped. | ||
