Looks like he might possibly get fired tomorrow. Rumors are (according to a story I saw on the BamaPreps IG page) that he had student trainers doing homework for players...and paid them for it...with CHECKS from a school system account. Which is bonkers because even if overseers from the school system let it go you would still get found out from the kids parents since 100% of kids I've ever met had a parent on their bank account while they were still in HS.

Ignoring for a moment the famous line from Charles Barkley a few years ago when he said, "Don't commit crimes with checks" while discussing Jussie Smollet, I instead give you the protest from this afternoon at the school board in Pell City.

If you look closely, one kid has a sign which has misspelled Propst's name. It's a bad look on its own and an even worse look considering this scandal contains accusations are that OTHER PEOPLE ARE DOING SCHOOLWORK FOR PLAYERS.

Hopefully financial malfeasance will be enough for Pell City to decide to rid this state and this game of this fool once and for all. All of course while Propst denies any resonsibility, per usual.

He struck again...

I know I can go on this site and find all his state titles and all the great players he coached, but what an absolute loser of a human being. He is forever going to be Exhibit A of a person who gained the world professionally at the expense of his dignity.

Coosa Christian really dodged a bullet when he left them before even starting his job.

By this point I have no sympathy for anyone who gets in trouble after hiring him. As a fan of a perennial losing school myself I still wouldn't want to take him in.

Well he?s safe for now since the Pell City Board failed to even vote on it. Everyone told PC trouble would come their way and here we are. It?s a shame because this dude is one of the best to do it but he?s also nothing but trouble. They sold their soul to the devil so let them learn the hard way LOL

The fact that this guy keeps getting coaching jobs is an indictment on the culture that values winning over anything and everything else. It's all too pervasive...
