1990 Clements All-State: Troy Bivens is the correct spelling. Also am 99% sure he is the 1989 Troy also, but I do not have anything to confirm.

Troy is a personal friend of mine. I can confirm you spelling is correct. He did make all state at Clements. I have texted him to see if he made it twice. (Our boys played together at East Limestone)
