?On the Mark? is hearing some interesting chatter in East Alabama pertaining to High Schools ?. Never know when news will break? this could be interesting

I love these people that always have a rumor just to get clicks or retweets.

I hear rumors several times a week but keep them to myself until they are proven true. Either you have a scoop or you don't.
