Pisgah 42-27 over Lexington. That score stream was correct from yours truly#128512; you may not find any nfhs streams from Pisgah. We are in a stadium remodel and may not have it up this year.

Joe,

What can you tell us about this game? Wasn't it at one point 42-8? Did Lexington make its comeback against reserves? Just trying to get a better gauge on these teams.

Pisgah got off to a very hot start. Lexington tried an onside kick that failed. Legion McCrary took the fist snap 40+ for a TD. Lexington couldn't handle the squib kick and couple plays later Pisgah scored again. The 2nd offensive play (I think) Lexington fumbled and with 8:50 left in the first it was 22-0 that kind of set the tone.

Lexington RB #23 (very good back) scored on a 70 yard run on the first play to give them a little momentum. Pisgah had a couple scores called back due to penalties.

Got a little chippy #7 from Lexington, hip slammed one of Pisgah's guys then he slammed another one from behind with a very cheap shot. Should have been tossed but they called offsetting fouls because a verbal response.

Pisgah had too much speed for Lexington. It was hard hitting game and Lexington is a typical Lauderdale County team. They are going to run the ball and grind it. They are pretty good and will be in the race for their region. Pisgah has a chance to be very good again. Got to build some depth.
