Anyone see where Tuscaloosa and Auburn are trying to withdraw from Super 7.
The 12 team playoffs start next next year which could affect the Super 7 in the future of those communities.
Birmingham is the only city left.
Should do a four city rotation in all fairness.
Huntsville, Birmingham, Montgomery, Mobile. |

If Huntsville were part of the rotation it'd be Louis Crews (Alabama A&M). The remodeled Joe Davis Stadium looks nice but couldn't hold a finals crowd.
Should we start doing semifinal games at neutral sites too like the CFP? |

Unpopular opinion but I miss Legion Field. That was a special place to play, where NCAA Legends played but the city (or whomever) let the stadium get out of hand. You just had to be there to understand the vibe.
If things start to fall through with Alabama-Auburn, then theres smaller college stadium's like UAB, Troy, South Alabama, among other places. Worse case scenario the Hoover Met accommodated back to back years in the mid 2004-2005 I think it was. I could see larger 7A schools stepping up to the plate if push came to shove.

| 1A and 2A how about tiger stadium UWA Livingston?.7000 capacty.It is near the interstate.Lodging and food good.Quaint small town atmosphere. |

The host cities being talked about among majority of the coaches are
Mobile, AL(Hancock-Whitney Stadium - USA)
Troy, AL (Veterans Memorial Stadium - Troy)
Montgomery, AL (ASU Stadium - ASU)
Birmingham, AL (Protective Stadium - UAB)
Jacksonville, AL + Oxford/Anniston (Burgess Snow Field - JSU)

I would love to see it. That's my neck of the woods. However, UNA's stadium is City owned, not UNA owned. I know the city would love to have the finals here. Florence did host the D2 title game for a number of years. The talk is UNA is about to build their own stadium though, and with it being brand new, that may be an attractive option for AHSAA.

| Huntsville also has Milton Frank and Joe Davis stafiums that are capable to host that are both city owned and the city is very active in hosting/bidding sporting events. See Auburn basketball and the Conference USA basketball tournaments plus AHSAA already has the soccer finals there too. |

I don't know why Crampton Bowl or ASU Stadium wouldn't be utilized. They are the perfect size instead of those huge stadiums.

Went to the Camellia Bowl over the holidays and Crampton Bowl shows its age. Good size and parking (though that could be better), but it's pretty bare bones.
I feel like there has been some beef between the city of Montgomery and ASU after the city renovated Crampton Bowl with money they probably didn't have only for ASU to build the on campus stadium. That said, ASU stadium looks nice and I don't fault them for building one on campus. |
