Davis was the main reason Talladega finished the season 10-0 and a share of the state championship. Talladega was the only undefeated Class 4A team in the state his senior season. He led his team in tackles, assists and also kicked off. He played 4 years varsity football for Talladega High School. Football honors included All-American, All-County, All-State, and All-Southern - he has also received Most Valuable Lineman Award and was voted Lineman of the Week. He also enjoys basketball and track.
