 High School Bio:

            Semmes High School tackle played three years of varsity football and participated in basketball and track. Made All G.C.C.C.C. and M.C.C.C. in his junior year and received best lineman trophy junior and senior years. Voted Most Valuable Lineman in Oil Bowl Game and received Player of the Week Trophy.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

In 1969 the two point conversion was adopted for play following a touchdown. Until that time all conversions were worth one point.
