 High School Bio:

            McAfee played Split End and specialized in punting and kicking for extra points - caught 55 passes for 8 touchdowns in his senior year - played 4 years varsity football and was captain of his squad for one year. Received Most Valuable Player in County award and was voted All-County honors for 2 years and All-State one. Also Most Valuable Player award in basketball.

In 1969 the two point conversion was adopted for play following a touchdown. Until that time all conversions were worth one point.
