 High School Bio:

            Bessemer High Left Halfback also played deep safety position on defense and grid statistics showed five touchdowns to his credit and five intercepted passes. He was Co-Captain of his team. Birmingham Post Herald honored him as Back of the Week, and he received All-State Honorable Mention. He was voted Best All Around Athlete by his teammates.
