 High School Bio:

            Leonard played four years of varsity football and was captain of his squad. His specialty was playing center. He was All-Conference Center WCAAC - 1st team - All State Center, Class A, Outstanding Senior Lineman 1964-65, Best Offensive Lineman - 1963. He played baseball also.





Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

The first night game played between high school teams in the state occurred on September 23, 1927 when Pike Road and Cloverdale met in the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.
