 High School Bio:

            Mathis specialty was split end. He completed five passes in each game. He attempted 70 passes and completed 50 for 550 yards. He was All-State (basketball and football), All-County (football and basketball, All-Tennessee Valley Conference in both football and basketball. He also participated in baseball. He has played two years of varsity football and was captain of his squad.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Thomasville scored 54 points against Gulf Shores in the first quarter of a game in 2003. They managed to hang on for an 81-14 win.
