            Demopolis High School quarterback. He was captain of his team for two years. Among his athletic honors were four letters; voted the Most Valuable Back; Honorable Mention All-State for past two years; All-Conference for two years; voted Back of the Week by Birmingham News. He also received four letters in baseball and four in basketball. He participated in track.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Homewood defeated Benjamin Russell in five overtimes during the Class 5A Super Six state championship game in 2000.
