Oxford High School running back played four years of varsity football and was Captain of his squad. He was All-American; Most Outstanding Back in Calhoun County; Most Outstanding Back in NEAC; All-County; All NEAC; All-State (one of the top 17 players in Alabama); Most Outstanding Back at Oxford. He averaged 8.8 yard carry in punt returns. Henley averaged 8.8 yards per carry totaled 1,563 yards rushing and scored 22 touchdowns his senior season for the Yellow Jackets.
Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History
Thomasville scored 54 points against Gulf Shores in the first quarter of a game in 2003. They managed to hang on for an 81-14 win.
