 High School Bio:

            Smiths Station High School Back was All-State; All-Conference; Most Valuable Player. He also played baseball and basketball. He has played three years of varsity football, and was Captain of his 1968 squad. His specialty was Kick-Off - Punt- Halfback Pass. He carried the ball 94 times for 907 yards and 16 touchdowns; completed 6 for 13 passes for 114 yards and two touchdowns; caught 8 passes for 174 yards and two touchdowns as a senior; He averaged 50 yards on Kick-Offs.
