 High School Bio:

            Lanier High Schoo1 Center was All-State football; honorable mention All-American. He played four seasons of varsity football. His specialty was snapping for extra points, punts and field goals. He played basketball and ran track and played varsity baseball at Lanier for three years.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Morris Higginbotham coached three different teams to divisional state championships in the 1950s. He won titles at Walnut Grove in 1952, West Blocton in 1955 and Enterprise in 1960.
