            Hathorn played tackle on the varsity team four years and also participated on the track team. He specialized in extra points; he averaged 8 tackles and 10 assists per game. He was All-County two years and All-State one year.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Homewood defeated Benjamin Russell in five overtimes during the Class 5A Super Six state championship game in 2000.
