 High School Bio:

            Played center on the varsity football team three years and also ran track. Earned All-County, All-State, and Most Valuable Lineman honors. Specialty was long snaps. Made 69 individual tackles and 93 assists during his senior year.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Morris Higginbotham coached three different teams to divisional state championships in the 1950s. He won titles at Walnut Grove in 1952, West Blocton in 1955 and Enterprise in 1960.
