 High School Bio:

            Played quarterback and defensive back on the varsity football team three years. Also ran track. Served as football team captain, earned Most Valuable Offensive Player honor in Spring Training Game, selected 3rd team All-State by Post Herald and 2nd team All-State by Birmingham News. Last year, in 73 attempts, 38 completions for 12 touchdowns.

Alabama School for the Deaf won Deaf School National Championships in 1971, 1987, 1991, 2000, 2001 and 2002.
