            Played varsity football four years and was captain of his team. Also played basketball and ran track. Earned All-County, Honorable Mention All-State honors and named Associated Press Back of the Week. His specialty was catching punts. Scored 8 touchdowns and intercepted 5 passes as a senior.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Homewood defeated Benjamin Russell in five overtimes during the Class 5A Super Six state championship game in 2000.
