 High School Bio:

            Played varsity football four years. Was 3A State Heavyweight Wrestling Champion last year and also participated in track. Was captain of his football team last year, earned All-Tuscaloosa County, All-Mid State Conference, All-West Alabama, Post Herald All-State 3rd team, and named Tuscaloosa Quarterback Club Player of the Week three times. Scored 232 points; 30 touchdowns, 31 extra points, 6 field goals; averaged 10 tackles per game.

The first football game played by a high school team in Alabama was in 1892 when Central Birmingham (Phillips) lost to Alabama 56-0 on November 11.
