Flanagan scored on a 70 yard interception return, 78 yard kickoff return and a 55 yard punt return. He also played defense for the Indians and excelled with 13 interceptions. Played end on the varsity football team three years. Selected Most Valuable Lineman at his school as well as Shoal Area Most Valuable Lineman. Earned All-State, All-South and Honorable Mention All-American Team honors. Scored 9 touchdowns (6 touchdown passes) last season.
Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History
Parrish scored a record 77 points in a playoff game against Cedar Bluff in 2001. The Tornados were shutout the following week 19-0 by Courtland.
