Henley was a four year starter at Oxford. As a senior he rushed for 1,088 yards in only 88 carries and scored 17 touchdowns for the Yellow Jackets in only seven games. He was injured against Saks and watched from the sidelines as his team won their last two games and reached the semi-finals of the state playoffs. Earned All-County, All-Conference, All-State and Super All-State Team honors.
